START

CALISTOGA START (3-5 pm) for teams faster than 22 hours/190 miles.
Exchange 0 on field next to Belkorp Ag, 1856 Lincoln Ave., Calistoga.
Calistoga start teams must register at Exchange 6 in Napa before arriving in Calistoga.

NAPA START (9 am-3 pm)
Exchange 6 at Crosswalk Community Church, 2590 First St., Napa.

MARIN START (2-5 pm) for teams requesting 2 legs/runner.
Exchange 12 at Marin French Cheese Co. 7500 Red Hill Rd., Petaluma

NAPA VALLEY HEALTH EXPO 9 am-5 pm at Exchange 6.
Enjoy exhibitors, Crosswalk Church breakfast/pasta lunch, Cal Mart pastries, House of Bagels, goody bag snacks from Annie's, Clif Bar, Kimmie Candy, Kind Snacks, Mamma Chia and SkinnyPop with music and view of the mountains. Teams start every 30 minutes.

ARRIVAL
Teams must arrive at the Start one hour prior to start time. The second van may skip the start and go to the next Van Exchange. Teams starting in Calistoga must register in Napa at Crosswalk Community Church (Exchange 6), 2590 First Street, Napa.

START TIMES
are calculated using runner paces to reduce congestion and predict Exchange openings. View Start Times. There is a $100 ($200 after April 20) fee to request or change a start time.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE
Blinking lights, flashlights, hats, reflective vests, shirts, sweatshirts and "CAUTION-RUNNER ON ROAD" signs may be purchased at the Start.

CAPTAIN (OR CO-CAPTAIN) MAY CHECK-IN
Baton, bibs, shirts and van numbers must be picked up at the Start:

Fees: must be paid at Solutions.

Donation to Organs R Us: Additional donations and the $600/team minimum donation may be brought to the start. Mailing donations prior to April 15 expedites check-in.

Runner: names must be submitted on the signed Roster/Waiver. To qualify as winners, submasters and masters teams must submit a copy of each runner's driver license.

Safety: Teams must show 2 blinking lights, 2 flashlights, 2 reflective vests and 2 "CAUTION-RUNNER ON ROAD" signs, minimum 17 x 22 inches. Bring or purchase signs ($5 each) at the Start. Write medical history and contacts on backs of bibs.

Vehicles: Provide 2 vehicles (max 6.5 x 19 feet) displaying team number (provided) on front and rear windows and a rear sign, "CAUTION-RUNNER ON ROAD." No buses, extra vehicles, limousines or motor homes.

Volunteers: If any runner lives within 50 miles of the course, 2 volunteers, age 16 or older, must register online by April 15 for a 4-5 hour shift. Teams with every runner living more than 50 miles from the course are exempt from the volunteer requirement.
